Vegetarian Goulash

Vegetarian Goulash

1/2 Onion,Chopped
14.5 oz Tomatoes,Diced, Canned
16 oz Tomato Sauce
1 1/2 c Elbow Macaroni,Uncooked,
2 t Chili Powder
1 t Garlic Powder
Salt And Pepper

Cook macaroni separately according to package directions. Brown ground beef. Drain if necessary. Add onions and brown. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and macaroni. Let simmer on low for 20 minutes. Do not let it come to a boil as this will ruin the texture of the macaroni making it too done.
