I Heart Faces - Phone Photo Challenge

I took this photo of my daughter wearing her sock monkey hat.  This picture is a true representation of her personality. Every time I look at this picture I smile. My heart giggles. And I want to give her a hug for being who she is. I didn't think it was possible to love a human being so much. Happy 17th Birthday Mia Bella Figlia!

Did you make a new years resolution that included eating healthier? I think we all do this to ourselves every year.  So let's take this journey together. I know I always loose the majority of my weight loss goal in these first few months.  Who's with me? I'm tired of flickering out by the middle of the year.  Can I hear an AMEN?  Let's make some healthy changes.
