Lasagna Rolls

Lasagna Rolls
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 c low fat cottage cheese
1/4 c egg beater
Italian Seasoning
1 box Lasagna Noodles
1 can Hunt's Spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup mozzerella cheese
2 TB Parmesean Cheese

Cook noodles, drain. Brown beef, drain. Mix cottage cheese, egg beater, 1 TB parm cheese and italian seasonings (I use about 1-2 TB) until creamy. Mix hamburger with cheese mixture. Layer mixture on noodles and roll up. Lay on baking dish, single layer and top with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with remaining parm cheese and top with mozzerella cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
