I have added a printable grocery list to my free printables.
Simply print this list and post on your refrigerator. Circle items throughout the week that you know you need to pick up. Use with menu planning to add the items in your recipes. Take the list to the store with you and viola.
Use the margin to add items that aren't on the list or add the quantity or deals from the grocery store weekly ad.
