Chicken Patty Melt

Chicken Patty Melt
From First Place 4 Health
2 slices of whole-wheat bread
2 tsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 oz canned white chicken meat
1 oz shredded part-skim mozzerella cheese

Toast Bread.  Combine chicken, mayonaise and cheese in a small bowl, and spread on toasted bread.  Broil open-faced until bubbly.
